An individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject"), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27/07/2006 On Personal Data, acting freely, without being forced to do so, acting in his/her own interests, confirming his/her legal capacity, does hereby give his/her consent to JSC ANCOR (registered address: 109316, Moscow, 5/12, Ostapovsky proezd, floor 2, office 200) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") to processing of his/her personal data. Acceptance of the Consent is the provision of personal data and the mark denoting consent to the terms of this document on the web page ("in the form of checked box").

In order to support the Operator's information systems, the processing of the Subject's personal data may be contracted to TeamService LLC (111024, Russia, Moscow, 21/1, shosse Entuziastov) and Heliosoft LLC (115280, Russia, Moscow, Leninskaya Sloboda street, 19).

Consent validity period
|
Consent to the processing of personal data shall be given before realization of the processing purposes.

Consent revoking procedure
|
- 1. Revocation of the data subject consent to data processing may be initiated by the subject by way of giving revocation notice to the Operator. In this case, the Notice shall contain the following details:
- Applicant's full name, email address and mobile phone number
- The purpose (or purposes) of the processing of personal data for which the Subject withdraws his/her Consent
- Notice of termination executed in writing (in hard copy) may be delivered by the data subject (may be written) to the Operator's office or may be sent to the office by Russian Post.
- The notice of termination in electronic form may be delivered by the Applicant by mail to the following address: privacy@ancor.ru.
- In the event of withdrawal of the consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator may continue processing personal data without consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data of 07/27/2006.
- If the Consent is withdrawn and the Operator has no grounds for processing, the Operator is obligated to stop processing and destroy the personal data within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of receipt of the specified notice.
