In 1999 graduated from the European Humanities University, Faculty of Law.

From 1999 to 2020, she worked as a lawyer in large international companies.

Began her career at ANCOR in October 2020 as a recruitment specialist for senior and mid-level positions. Then she focused on managing outsourcing projects in various market sectors.
