Svetlana Leontyeva

Regional Director for Belarus

In 2004 Svetlana graduated with honors from the Kuban’ State Technological University specializing in translation in the field of professional communications, in 2005 graduated from the Faculty of Economics in the field of «Enterprise Economics».

She started her career in ANCOR as a recruiter in the staff leasing division in 2004.

Since 2010 Svetlana continued career development in HR outsourcing with gradual advancement from specialist to manager.

In 2021-2022 she worked in Yandex and managed partner network relationship.

Since June 2022 Svetlana continues her career at ANCOR in the role of Regional Director for Belarus and is responsible for the strategic development of the territory.
